As believers, we understand the power of prayer and the spiritual significance of fasting. It is a time when we humble ourselves before God, seeking His will, and laying our burdens at His feet. Together in devotion, we strengthen our personal relationship with Him and unite our hearts in seeking God’s will and favor.

During this day of prayer and fasting, we encourage you to set aside time for reflection, meditation, and sincere prayer with the Lord. Pray for our church, its leaders, and every member of our congregation. Pray for our community, our nation, and the world at large. Let us intercede for those who are suffering, for the lost, and for the fulfillment of God’s purpose in our lives.

Fasting is a personal choice and can take different forms. Whether you choose to abstain from food entirely, engage in a partial fast, or fast from something specific, such as technology or entertainment, the key is to focus your heart and mind on seeking God’s presence and guidance.

Join us as we come together to seek the Lord’s favor and blessings. Let us dedicate this day to seeking His wisdom, provision, and direction for our church and its ministries.

Remember, as Jesus said in Matthew 18:20, “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Let us come together, united in purpose, to experience the power of prayer and fasting.

Please set aside Friday, July 7-Saturday, July 8 – sundown to sundown for this meaningful time of seeking God’s presence. We look forward to witnessing the impact of our collective prayers and fasting as we grow closer to Him and experience His transformative power.

May the Lord bless you abundantly and guide your steps as we enjoy this spiritual journey together.

In Christ’s love,

Pastor Joe and Pastor Jennifer
