JENNIFER RICHMOND

JENNIFER RICHMOND

lifeboat pastor

Jennifer has been with LMC family since 2001 and active on staff since 2010. Jennifer serves as pastor for the women and children at LMC and coordinates our media and online outreach ministries.
She’s a published author and illustrator and has produced two albums of original Scripture-based worship music. Since 1988, she has been an educator in the community teaching elementary-high school and directing culinary art, science, and music camps. She speaks at women’s events, churches, and retreats bringing a message of hope and healing and pointing women to Jesus as their Savior.  Her heart is that women would be firm in their Christian faith by having a passion to be with the Lord through prayer and Bible study. She writes the Dwelling Richly Bible study series. Jennifer and her husband Glen have been married since 1988 and are the proud parents of their grown son, Jonathan. They’re enjoying this empty nest season and love their ministry at La Mirada.

She blogs at www.jennifergrichmond.com and podcasts at DwellingRichly.podbean.com

DIANA SOVILLA

DIANA SOVILLA

youth & young adults director

Diana began attending LMC in the summer of 2020 and officially became the youth director in January of 2022. She loves helping others with anything they might need help with. She specifically has a heart for helping people accept themselves for the way God made them and being completely authentic. Her primary goal is to help the youth students and young adults to solidify their faith in God so that whatever the world throws at them they would be able to rely on God throughout those obstacles.
Diana and her husband Cory have been married since 2018 and they both enjoy serving LMC in various capacities. They consider the youth students their “children.”
GALEN SARNO

GALEN SARNO

worship leader

Galen has served in worship ministry since 2016 and leads LMC Sunday worship with humble grace and God-focused enthusiasm. He is whole-heartedly committed to the God he serves, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Galen has been blessed to have found his “match made in heaven”, his beautiful wife Lulu whom he married in 2019. He is also the proud father of two beautiful adult daughters, Briana and Aysia. Aysia is married to his handsome son-in-law, Brandon, who is serving in the Army’s 82 Airborne. Galen is thankful and so grateful to be allowed to use his musical abilities to help us move towards and connect with “Thee Ultimate Music Maker” – our Lord, our Savior… our GOD. And WE are thankful and so grateful to have Galen with us to do exactly that.
