WOMEN

Where women connect, grow, and share in faith and hope because of Jesus Christ. Our heart is to equip women in all seasons of life to know encouragement, friendship, and sound teaching that points to the true source of hope – Jesus Christ. We have fun and we learn a ton – about one another, about life, about our faith and God. All are welcome!

Get Connected

Just like plants thrive in well-watered soil, women flourish when they connect with other women in Christ-centered Community.  LMCC Women offers plenty of opportunities for you to make new connections, put down roots, and grow deeper in your knowledge and relationship with Jesus.

Fridays with Friends

Let’s have some fun! We meet the 1st Friday of just about every month for bunco or craft night and always for a lot a great food and ridiculous amounts of laughter and fun!

Weekdays in the Word

Spend time studying the Bible with friends on Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings.  New studies start a few times a year, so click the link below for more info.

Meet our Women’s Pastor

Jennifer has been with LMCC family since 2001 and active on staff since 2010. She’s a published author and illustrator and has produced two albums of original Scripture-based worship music. Since 1988, she has been an educator in the community teaching elementary-high school and directing summer day camps for kids.
Jennifer speaks nationally at women’s events, churches, and retreats bringing a message of hope and healing and pointing women to Jesus as their Savior.
As the women’s pastor at LMCC, Jennifer’s motto is “have fun – learn a ton!” Her heart is that women would be firm in their Christian faith by having a passion to be with the Lord through prayer and Bible study. Her leadership at LMCC is providing more ways for women to connect and support one another through all stages of life. Jennifer and her husband Glen have been married since 1988 and are the proud parents of their grown son, Jonathan. They’re enjoying this empty nest season and love their ministry at La Mirada. She blogs at JenniferGRichmond.blogspot.com and has a daily podcast at DwellingRichly.podbean.com
